As a team we warm up for approximately 30 minutes before a bout. We do drills and pack work. Hi all! My name is KimberLethal and I skate for the Diamond State Roller Girls in Newark, DE. I passed my wftd skills test in June and have improved my 25 in 5 from 4:59 to 4:35.
