Don't tell yourself you're giving it up forever because you may start to feel deprived and then start indulging when you give into the cravings. Everything in moderation is key.

I log cleaning house, too, because I do it everyday and there's always lots to do. I wear my HRM when I do it, though, so I know my cals logged are accurate.

Mine is set to moderately active, I think? I have 5 kids and am constantly on the move, whether it be doing laundry, running errands, cooking meals, cleaning house, etc, etc. You get the jist.
