My son has been bullied. Its utterly heartbreaking. I was never bullied as a child so its been a steep learning curve for me to help him deal with these problems.

Congrats on quitting smoking! I quit in February and have now been 68 days smoke free :) (yay me!!). I put on around 8kgs when I first quit, which was shocking! But i'm working on losing it all now :) Best of luck to you!

Have you tried doing any ab exercises to tone up your midsection? This may help.

Me personally, I don't like to eat past about 8.30/9pm. But I don't think there's any rule that says you *can't* eat at any given time of the day or night.

I love eggs. I always eat the "whole" though, why on earth would I want to get rid of the best bit??

Yup, so true!! I find walking on the treadmill really really easy, i always have it set to an incline as well, and have the speed up around the 5.5 - 6 mark, but when I walk out in the read world its twice as difficult!! Same. I track all my calories via my HRM.

I either eat before I go out, or I wait until I return home. Sometimes if i'm going to be out all day, i'll take some snacks in the car with me, like nuts and fruit pieces.

I'm 5'10 and currently weigh an embarrasingly large 106kgs (234 pounds i think?). I would love to get down to around the 75/70kg mark (154 pounds). I'm large boned though, so 70 would be the lowest i'd go as otherwise I start to look like a walking skeleton!

Thats actually one of the reasons i've only recently started posting on the forums, (joined up with MFP nearly a year ago), too many narky *****y comments. If i wanted to be ridiculed all the time I'd move back home.

I can't wait until i'm able to jog properly. I don't plan on doing any further jogging until i'm at least 15kgs lighter than I am now, as my knees are bad enough so i don't want to put them under any additional strain. Good on those who can run tho! Am always jealous of those who can :)

We don't have spray bottles at our gym. You have to bring your own towel and wipe down the equipment that you use. I think the only thing that annoys me is that the trainers tend to ignore you. All. The. Time.

I meal plan every fortnight so only ever buy exactly what we need to last us the fortnight. For my son and I, I generally spend around the $250 mark.

I'm managed to fall over while walking. Does that count? In the process i managed to scrape all the skin off the top of one of my feet, bruises and cuts all over my legs, skin off my palms and ended up requiring surgery on my knee. Fun times!

I have the same problem :) My physio recommends that I do plenty of stretching (slow and steady) to stretch out my back and walking as well.

You grow a sexy mo, but it continues to grow and eventually covers your entire body and people start mistaking you for Big Foot. You then have to spend the rest of your life in the forest eating road kill. I wish I had a new car.
