I'm not sure what weight hoop to start at, or which brand is a good brand. I used them at my old gym, and it was great, but my current gym doesn't have them {Planet Fitness doesn't have much of anything besides machines and free weights }

Healthy eating and a combo of strength training and cardio 4-5 times a week (I use a HRM to get into my fat burning zone). However, I've been fit before, so I think my body had some memory and bounced back a little faster. Remember, everyone's different. Good luck :)

Ok, so since I'm not at school yet, instead of taking the bus today to go to the coffee shop that is about 3/4 of a mile from my house, I walked there and walked back.

I just meant if you already take the stairs, you could potentially go up and down then back up to add a little more exercise (unless you're walking with classmates and will feel silly or something).

Finished up the week with a tater tot binge last night. Did not stay under carbs/fat for the past couple of days. I think I'm not going to focus on that too much for now. As long as I'm under my calories and eating enough veggies, I'll be fine.

Only if it's a power walk ;) Do what YOU think is exercise. If walking 30 minutes a day isn't something you've been doing regularly outside of the gym, I think it's perfectly acceptable to count it. Maybe get a set of ankle weights to add resistance?

Worked out with my trainer today. Did enough tricep exercises to totally kill my triceps! Getting ready for the storm. . . got peanut butter and V8!

Went over my carbs and fat today, but I'm still under for the week, so I'm ok with it. I've eaten plenty of veggies today.

I gotta say, I don't agree with doing the same exact exercise every day. I don't think it's good to overexercise a particular muscle like that. So, that being said, when it comes to workout stuff, I'll incorporate your recommendation where I see fit.

Just tell them you don't like your head massaged. You're not the only one, but they're gonna do it if you don't say something. You can also say you don't want it styled-just a blowdry to get it dry.
