Since MF depends on the low carbs to curb hunger and burn fat faster, it isn't the best plan for people who like to go on and off (in my opinion). My husband is such a person. I think he would do much better on weight watchers where going a little off plan won't set you back a week as you struggle to get back into fat…

Hope you are doing okay! Yes, the first few days can be kind of rough. Drink your water and something salty like chicken broth or a dill pickle (both approved snacks) can really help- esp if you feel lightheaded. I started on a Friday and by Monday I was ok and by Tuesday I was great! And some people feel fine the whole…

What a wonderful story! Thanks for sharing it. I also thought I was doomed to be fat forever until I found Medifast. It's been a miracle for me too!

I was fine doing low key things like walking on the 5&1. When I started running (couch 2 5K) I added a cheese stick on those days, but still stayed under 1000 cals. It was fine, but I couldn't do more than the couch 2 5K 3x/week until transition. When I started eating more, I could exercise more. I lost 120lbs on medifast…

Hi- I'm Kelly-- I have been on MF a little over a year. I've lost 120lbs and started transition 3 weeks ago. I am loving myfitnesspal for tracking and the social aspects are fun too! I post on mymedifast as goldendoodle. :)

I pretty much eat a mint choc crunch bar, a bag of parm puffs and a brownie (sometimes with a tsp of peanut butter on top) every day. I also like the capp and cocoa (I add hot coffee to both), tomato soup made into flat bread with light cream cheese, spiced pancakes with the MF syrup, and coffee soft serve made as a shake…
