Just finished day 4! Wasn't as bad as 1 to 3 and I can definitely see my stamina increasing especially with push ups! I have started before but never made it past level 1. I hope to stay strong! chips and salsa. If i go to a mexican restaurant I try and get black beans and a side of lettuce and eat that with salsa and hot sauce and feel good about it. But even 1 chip and I am done for, favorite food!! crunchy and spicy!
