Who is eating a garden salad? .... and honestly the makings of a basic garden salad are not the only vegetables in the world...and that wouldn't be the only meal of the day. A statement like "You're not getting healthy fats and proteins eating fruits and veggies" is inaccurate.

I gained 55 with my first and 50 with my second. I didn't exercise/monitor food with the first and I ran and lifted weights and monitored food and counted cal with the second....still gained 50lbs. Every woman is different and I believe those recommended lbs are crap.

Just pick a time and weigh at the same time everyday. Your afternoon weight could be higher due to the weight of food in your system...water...gravitational pull... all kinds of other strange reasons..
