I feel that way too. What helped me was the Eat Stop Eat program....but on the days when I feel I just can't stop eating...I eat broccoli

I drink tons of water...to fight the hunger pains. I'm on a 5:2 split.

Join the MPF Vegetarian group! They have tons of recipies posted there. Also..I am a vegetarian transitioning to vegan and I cook meat for my family as well. Have you tried tofu? What about the Smart Grounds Veggie crumbles (ground beef subsititute)... Let me find the link to the group and I'll post it here!

I'm in! I just did my first "eat stop eat" 24hr fast today. It was tough but not as hard as I thought it would be. I'm excited! I'm also a vegetarian transitioning to vegan and I do CrossFit twice a week.

I've not tried the biscuits. I toast 2 whole grain waffles (blueberry) and a banana or other fruit. I don't eat syrup so I wrap these boys in a napkin and eat them in the car on the way to work. Breakfast burritos... preped on Sunday night and popped in the microwave as a grab n go meal. Trail mix bars... Tofurky…

I drink way more than 8 glass so I count mine by liters. So you may see 2 or 4 under the water section of my logs but that's b/c I'm not about to click 20 cups of water... lol I drink out of bottles..not cups.

Having a set number to eat everyday (TDEE) works better mentally for me. I just work out because I'm "supposed to." I think it really matters as to what will motivate YOU to get up and get moving.

I would say add a few healthy calorie dense foods. 2 tbs of peanut butter is 200 cals...add 2 slices of Whole Wheat bread...another 200 cals and a banana is about 500 cals...in one sandwich. I've only eat back 1/2 of the exercise cals and with your burn of 1000 that would be it. Just a late snack of 500 cals! Good luck!
