This happens to me as well. I'm very quiet about my choices and I plan ahead when hanging out with friends and such...but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. Some people will still feel attacked if you say you're a vegan. Whatever.

Try logging everything and see where you actually stand calorie wise...veggies and all. You may be eating more than 1500 cals.

This. To me Cleaning is just a normal activity...Yes you're sweating but I think if you start adding things like this you'll end up over eating and hindering progress.

I just set the time for my after dinner snack close to my bedtime. I eat it... brush my teeth and go to bed. I'm not waking up to eat unless I'm pregnant. lol

I've used it this way as well and it works fine...just like any other shake. IMO it's far better to have a shake and some fruit or cottage cheese than to skip a meal b/c you didn't have time. Try it. You may find it as the vehicle to get you to something that works a little better for you.

Oh I also wanted to add that is a protein shake and they have a few other supplements and vitamins as well. I am not a distributor and I've only tried the sample product "shape" protein shake mix. It works just like any other protein shake though. I hope this helps.

I wear gloves when I exercise too...I HATE having cold hands or feet. I could have on a tank, shorts and yes... gloves. lol...I know...I'm a weirdo. haha
