I'm definitely in! I used to drink 6-7 a day, but over the course of the past few months I've usually only managed to get 3-4 cups each day. I can see the dehydration taking a toll on me. Need to fix this ASAP!

Seems like the consensus is 3x Zumba sessions each week, which sounds good to me! We'll start June 1st, and I think a check-in at the end of each week should be good :) Maybe I should look into a gym membership... I haven't bothered since the fitness center at my apartment is pretty good, but I do miss out on the group…

I'll join in too! My goal is to reach 15 pounds lost (7 more to go). I've hit a plateau and stayed there for two months (and recently picked up some bad eating habits again...) but hopefully swimsuit season will serve as a bit of an inspiration!

5 ft 6 in. Started at 130, my goal weight is 110 lb (may seem a bit light, but it's because I have REALLY light bones, or so says my doctor). I'm also a semipro dancer so I need to keep a specific body shape. Currently hovering at 123 (hit a plateau a few months ago...)

I used to attend classes twice a week, but the cost can really stack up! I'm so glad I bought a copy of the DVDs; I have a fairly spacey living room so I just pop it in and do the workouts in the comfort of my apartment :) Looking forward to this!

I keep a note on my cell phone open and type in everything I eat as I eat it. I have the MFP app on my BlackBerry but it's kind of slow for my tastes, so I just write everything down and then log it in at the end of the day or whenever I'm back near a computer.

Count me in too!! Last semester I fell into the "too busy to eat healthy/exercise" trap and ended up gaining 7 pounds in 6 months, yikes. It's my senior year now; I start school on September 7th. I'd really like to lose all the chub I've gained over the past few years and graduate with a super awesome body. Let's do this!

Hello lovelies! I too was without proper Internet for a week, so I super apologize. I'll try to finish out what's left of August the best I can, though! And~ since I LOVE crunches and jumping jacks, I'll be pledging 300 extra crunches and 1000 extra jumping jacks ;)

Under calories, ran 3 miles today, so that's 5/5 miles for me :) Water might not be in, I'll try my best. Weight is 127 :)

Hey all, checking in. Due to travel I managed to skip a lot of days, so I think I will be restarting the program today on L1D1. Feel kinda bad about it, but better to restart than to give up, right?

Oh, I have a small suggestion... next to each of the challenges, can you also include a suggestion of how to log them in our exercise diary? It would be super helpful!

I'll pledge 5 miles :) Sorry I disappeared for a few days -- I was travelling back home! But it seems today I am on track for calories and water, and I'll be heading off to do the challenge in a bit! Will also weigh myself after dinner...
