  • I'll never forget spending an entire evening planning a walking route on evening using a walking route planner - plenty of details about the roads and local areas. Good places to start are WalkIt and Google Maps. Hope that helps! http://www.walkingrouteplanner.co.uk

  • To be honest, and on a completely different note, steam shower can help with the aches and pains. My brother has one fitted in his house - massively jealous! He bought it from Di Vapor and had it fitted like a normal shower (http://www.divapor.com). Hope that helps..
  • I was actually given a pair of foam rollers by my trainer at my gym (she wasn't using them at the time) and I found that they really help to release a lot of the tension after competing in the great south run - ( www.greatsouthrun.co.uk ) I'm gutted because I wanted to run it this year but registration is now full.
