  • Once you get a Polar you'll never go back! I am addicted to mine, can't workout without it. BUY IT!!!
  • Body Pump is good but the boot camp classes are better! Don't be scared of weights, use 10-15pds and do lots of reps. This actually HELPS you burn calories because it increases your heart rate. Burning more calories=great thing!!!
  • Stairstepper, spin bike, running - the weight will fall off. Do each of these cardio machines about 10minutes each so you don't get bored :-) Also, if you are joining a gym go to some boot camp classes and spin classes, they help pass the time and make you dedicate yourself for that hour (because you don't wanna be "that"…
