  • I'd eat something like fruit or veggies. Some days I eat my extra points, sometimes I don't. Right now I'm trying to focus on not snacking. It's really hard, but I'm doing good so far. Thurs might trip me up cause it's a potluck lunch at work, so gonna try really hard to either eat a light breakfast or just eat light

  • http://www.zumbacalories.com/ when I log it on myfitnesspal, I put it under dancing, aerobics, but you need to adjust the minutes so that the calories line up with what you burned at zumba. Wish they had just a zumba thing to check under activities/workouts
