  • My favorite and filling breakfast meal is Oatmeal w/: dash of cinnamon, 1/2-1 mashed up banana, 1scoop Choco protein powder, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, a few goji berry and cacao nips, and blueberries on top! Or I like a good old fashion Almond Butter and Blueberry Sandwich just mashed together.
  • You can do it!!! It'll get easier and you'll feel like the people in the video are slow! But remember to go at your own pace. I'm on my recovery week before Phase 2 and it's gonna be like starting from the beginning again gahhh. Good luck with the nutrition aspect as well. Keep us posted!
  • Treadmill - 30 mins on "high performance" mode ;D
  • There is a 45 minute "Fountain of Youth Yoga" by Tony Horton on his One on One with Tony series you may want to consider checking out. Especially when crunched for time, this yoga is faster and still is a good workout (and has a nice limbering effect). Hope it's helpful!
