I love a class. We have pump stomp, which is 45 minutes of step and 45 minutes of body pump. I actually look forward to going! I'm also getting into running.

Every day, morning and night! I feel like I should break the habit but I get a real motivational boost when I see the weight coming off!

I was 180lbs when I fell pregnant with my son. 3 years later I'm down to 160lbs with a goal of 20lbs to lose and we are trying for baby number two. I'm looking to lose another 15lbs too - my deadline is October. Not sure how feasible it is, but I'm going to give it the best shot I can!

My weight was static with WW so I decided to make the switch for good and am doing a calorie counted version of the GI diet now. For anyone needing support, feel free to add me, I could use the support too. Sam
