I use my George Foreman almost every day now....so when I grill my thawed chicken breasts, I add a spray of olive oil, Mrs. Dash garlic & herbs, salt/pepper and a little of soy sauce...let it sit for about 10 mins. Grill for 10 mins...Quick and Easy! Very little calories!!
