I love the WATP work out, it is low impact but trust me it gets you moving they have up to 5 mile work out and they add arms and abs in. It just depends which work outs you do. Plus it is nice since I live in ND, it helps during the winter. Tracy

I am actually doing the DVD's called Walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone, There are actually quite a few different ones to choose from I have one that has a 1,2 and 3 mile walk on it. It is low impact and I can do it anytime which is nice. However I put this thread up for anyone who is walking in any form.

Got my 2 mile walk in and have done ok so far eating today. But dont think I will be having Starbucks any time to soon. Wow what a shock for the amount of calories and fat in a Machiato.
