  • For me its protein and fiber. I eat a lot of veggies daily and they do the trick of making me feel full but its the fiber that helps you stay that way. Also try snacking often. Try some kind of lean protein after working out too.

  • Have you tried the Sobe Life Water? they have 0 calories and no sugar, and taste like juice. I still drink 10 glasses of water daily, and while feeling full I am seeming to lose weight steadily with it. When I am tired of water I usually go for a sobe or natural/herbal tea.
  • Well not quite, I am 5'2" and this morning the scale said 149.5 and my goal is 120. Used to be 115 back in college and my plan is to hit 120 by my birthday in October.
  • I found that it got easier when I'd breathe through my nose after so long... the in through nose out through mouth seems like a very good suggestion, though. Eventually your breathing will even out and your tolerance/recovery improve.
