I don't eat all of them... Some days I don't eat any, some days some of them, and some days I'm over because of special occasions (out to dinner, party, whatever). I dont own a heart rate monitor so I'm not sure the actual burn I'm getting. I always assume its less than what MFP tells me.

This is exactly why I don't eat all my exercise calories. I don't own a HRM and I'm very short so I'm sure my actual burns are less than what MFP tells me.

I hope not! When I figured it all out it did equal about what my BMR supposedly is. EDIT: I'm dumb... That's because I calculated it based on my resting HR. I'm a quick one today.
