A half hour of circuit training usually gets me 150-160 cals based on my heart rate monitor. MFP quotes me 286. Im pushing hard Im just really short.

I lost 20lbs and no one noticed... Then I gained 10 back... Now I'm working on losing again. I'm not expecting anyone to notice for a long time to avoid disappointment again.

I weigh myself naked, holding my breath, standing on one foot, after I pee in the morning.... And then every blasted time I walk into the bathroom after that. It's terrible.

Whooo dirty jersey! Haha I have a bunch of DVD's that I can pick from buy most recently I've been doing Bob Harper's Inside Out Method. I think I got it from Target or Walmart months ago from one of those bins for like $4.00. It's got TONS of squats and dead lifts and all that stuff... Have to google 'good mornings'…
