Hi..just thought I'd share...Have you tried drinking loads of water just before you start..like about 3 days before? Not only does it help with any cramping, but your body doesn't feel the need to hold onto the water as much. My mother told me this when I was in my teens and it has always worked for me. :)

Yes..I love this site...it's so easy. I admit I have done others in the past but never stuck with it..but with this site I can use my phone and I actually WANT to log in. :flowerforyou:
