If anything without being able to look more closely I would add some healthy fats in there, i.e. avocado, almonds, olive oil.

Well... I mean this in the nicest way. The first step is to shift the blame on the only person that controls what you eat and that is you. You are the one with the control. Choose leans meats Turkey, Tuna, Fish(cooks very quickly). Add a veggie.(Most will steam in a bag in the microwave if you are lazy or you can eat raw)…

Two bananas is way better than a d*mn donut. It has Fiber, natural sugars and potassium. Even if they equal in calories you are turning down empty calories. Retraining what your body wants. Some of these posters kind of ticked me off.
