Great idea! My husband is a huge part of why I'm losing weight - he is so amazing and I think he deserves a hot skinny wife! LOL He is that 1 in a million in my eyes and I'm happy there are so many others that feel the same way about their man!

Me too with the Oxy Elite Pro but I am also taking a womens mega metabolism and energy vitamin, eating 1200 calories and drinking at least 8 glasses of water. It works but the vitamin and water help a lot too!!

I'd eat something with protein and/or fiber. Make a spinache omelet with egg whites. Your metabolism is going already from the work out so adding the fiber will help you go...making you lose the fat. The protein is a good way to keep you full during all that post work out energy burn. Good luck!
