You know, it's so true what you wrote on your profile - I remember being small one and NOT appreciating it. I think that because I didn't appreciate it I gained it all again. This time I want to appreciate myself more at that weight - therefore take care of myself more. :)

Thank you for sharing... I was so depressed last week, I had been very depressed - NOT ANYMORE! I either get up and something about it or get stuck in that whole, I chose out! GTG, but I'll be back! :)

Don't let it win! Eat some garbanzo beans, something with LOTS of protein and not much fat. I munch on maybe tuna on top of a plain rice cake - that helps.
