I just did my first cardio today. It was intense but doable. I definitely wasn't getting my knees all the way up towards the end, but something to work towards. I was soaked with sweat after the 25 minutes were up. Very excited about the possibilities with this! Friend me if you are looking for a T25 buddy!

I also love to throw chicken breasts (raw or frozen) with about 1/2 cup of chicken broth and a packet of lipton onion soup mix (sometimes only 1/2 a packet if I'm watching my sodium). Cook for 4-6 hours and enjoy. Its very moist and delicious!

FF plain greek yogurt is the best with powered ranch dressing, or the Lipton onion soup mix, or with dill. Its super thick and because its sightly sour its a great alternative to sour cream (which is what a lot of dips call for). Happy munching!

Oh, do I ever feel your pain! I'm weaning now (I've exclusively pumped for the past 6+ months) and with watching my intake and exercising I just couldn't lose! I do believe this site is helpful and the support is key, and we WILL get back to our pre-pregnancy weights! You can friend me if you want!
