  • The artificially sweentened greek yogurts have a lot of sugars. The strawberry flavored has about 16 gms and other flavors have more than that. Unfortunately, I have been told to keep my sugar intake low. I'm hoping with the weight loss, I'll eventually be able to increase some at a later date. Until now...I have been told…
  • Arielle...I usually would agree, but even the vanilla has more sugar than I am allowed. I tried the vanilla, but unfortunately it didn't agree with me....too many sugars. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • Just mix the powder into the yogurt. Don't make it and then add it...just add the powder. You'll see that the yogurt gets a little thicker but it tastes REALLY good.
  • I like the Fage as well. It has more protein that the other. Also, the ones that are flavored with fruit are very high in sugar, which I am trying to stay away from. So adding the sugar free jello pudding gives it flavor without the sugar. Enjoy! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • I haven't tried any other flavors. She said the pistachio is good to add as well....but I am not a pistachio fan. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
