Definitely workout....I find my cramps are worse when I don't although sometimes I find I don't have the same level of endurance.

Sjbert - I used to have that problem too until I learned "if its not there I can't eat it" so now I only keep my daily alloted snacks in the office. When they are gone I'm done.
