I usually have scrambled egg whites and some cherry tomatoes after my workout. Weird and I have no idea why or if it's the right thing to do... but I always seem to crave it. I don't eat anything beforehand.

I do Attack or Body Combat on days I'm not doing pump. If I'm doing two classes in a row I tend to do Body Pump followed by Zumba just because it's a bit more fun and there are more opportunities for breaks.

I found sugar free chewing gum and freezing cold icy water helped me a lot! Good luck. You'll feel so much better for it & the cravings will subside... stick with it x

On average it's about 500 cals. Even if I don't take body pump in to account I thought zumba once a week and BC three times would have some impact. I'm eating 1300 calories a day (plus most of my exercise cals) and I'm exercising 5 days a week (1 x zumba, 3 x body combat and 1 x body pump) and the scales just aren't reflecting it. Thanks guys. She is smaller than me and I think she has it in her head that we're both the same size when we're not. It's like she's a little bit blinded by how much weight I have to lose.

I think it's between 400-800 cals depending on height, weight etc. I calculate my calorie burn as 500 per session although I work really hard so it's probably a bit more than that. I LOVE body combat. I've started going 3-4 times a week... it's a little addictive!
