I have 2 eggs every morning for breakfast and I never get sick of them! LOVE them! They're the only thing that keep me full until my mid morning snack :D

I tend to drink soya milk when I buy a latte or cappuccino simply because I prefer the taste when it's steamed :) I drink regular milk at home though. I do like almond milk in my porridge but rarely buy it because my husband hates it and it goes to waste.

I count them and it seems to be working out for me (at the moment anyway).

Awesome! Great work :)

Amazing! Congrats :)

My diary is open :) I love having a nosey at other people's. Edit: was away last week with no wifi/3G but consistently logged before that.

Congrats!

I also have a Polar FT4 and I love it. It's easy to use and seems to be fairly accurate (although who knows, right?). The main thing though is I find that wearing it spurs me on to work out harder than I would otherwise, so that has to be a good thing.

Awesome!! You look great.

It won't replace pizza for me but it was delicious and I'll definitely make it again. It only took me half an hour start to finish, but I already had the cauliflower prepared and in the freezer. I think it'll be good as finger food when my husband's father comes for drinks/dinner. He has ceoliac disease and gluten free…

Why?
-
I tried this tonight (although I didn't follow a recipe) and it was delicious: I'm always on the hunt for ceoliac-friendly recipes and this is definitely one of them :)

I do body pump once a week and yoga three times a week and this has helped to tone my legs :) Good luck.

Same here.

These kind of comments can be so hurtful, especially when they're from family. I think our closest friends and family sometimes get used to seeing us a particular way and can't see beyond that. Anyway, I think you look awesome!! You look more youthful and certainly not ew!!!!

Congrats!

I can't really see your pic (think it needs to be resized) but I just copied and pasted your link (http://i1291.photobucket.com/albums/b559/Chaw014/imagejpg1_zps99e497b1.jpg) and I think you look awesome! Great job!!

I had an egg white omelette with peppers, spring onion, ham, mushroom and tomato. It was lovely :)

My fave salad is: mixed leaves, tomatoes, spring onions, goat's cheese, strawberries, walnuts & a balsamic and spray olive oil dressing. Yum!

Hey! I know this is an old post but I'm 29 and looking for motivation too :) Feel free to add me.

I absolutely LOVE my ninja blender!

I would never have thought about cauliflower rice before! Thanks so much. Tried it tonight and it was absolutely brilliant. I blitzed it, steamed it, then added it to some brown rice and spring onions and then fried it using spray oil. I used around 30g cauliflower rice & 30g brown rice. If anyone is interested, the rest…

Congrats! You're looking great.

Sorry, I don't have an answer. I do love body pump though and always class it as strength training. For me it's not about the calories with that class and more about toning. I do lift heavier weights on the back track though because I know that can be a big calorie burner. I really need to up my weights, especially with…

Eggs used to gross me out when I was younger but now I love them and find that they really fill me up in the morning. Also, kale. I wouldn't have eaten it before because I thought it was boring. Now I spray it with oil, drizzle lemon over it along with salt and garlic pepper and cook it in the oven until crispy. I love it…

I know it's not very breakfasty, but I love a toastie/grilled sandwich in the morning. I usually have a ham toastie using wholemeal bread (50 cals a slice). 2 x slices of bread, 4 small slices of ham, lurpak lightest and spray olive oil = approx 175 cals. Since you don't want processed meats, maybe a different filling?…
