  • Working retail, I have the same long hours with not much break time. I pack animal crackers and drink a lot of water to hold me over. Fiber or protein drinks also do a pretty good job. Special K makes some good ones.
  • Completely agree with you. What I'm doing is setting short term and long term goals based on monthly and overall goal so its rewarding and doesn't feel overwhelming. I also reward myself every month I'm on target.
