If I find the creeps that broke into my storage shed and destroyed a bunch of things my grandma (now deceased) gave me, I will have all these new challenge moves done in about 10 minutes lol. Today I didn't do anything besides clean up the mess, but tomorrow I'll get back on the ball and knock these new moves out.

If they work in say the kitchen or such they earn money (not a lot), and most prison's have a prison store where they can buy snacks books ect. That and not to sound harsh, but what else do they have to do all day but work out. In some of the minimum security prison's they are able to order things from catalogs and such…

I completely agree. I think a reason the weight loss journey fails for so many people is we feel we have to completely ban everything. Have fun and don't beat yourself up over it, allow yourself to indulge a little bit here and there and you won't get fed up in the long run.

So I saw in the Hogwarts room that Gryffindor was still accepting students for the upcoming school year. If so, I would really love to become a Gryffindor. I am a huge HP fan!
