I've lowered carbs to <5 g per meal, protein to ~15g per meal. Calories were ~1000 on non workout days and I would add cals on intense days. I've even done a dr restricted diabetic diet of 800cal and work out and they requested me to not have additional cal/protein. I laughed at them. It's ridiculous. Sleep could be better…

Are you strength training? If so, increase your reps & lower the weight. You may be building muscle too fast. Make sure you're not starving yourself. Protein shake. Find a yummy low carb one. I LOVE Amplify! They keep you filled up and full of energy. Perfect for a pre workout or morning smoothie (Chocolate is the best, especially with bananas!!!)
