Head first. Sometimes I get into trouble that way.

The first couple weeks are going to be hard. Just set your alarm and force yourself out of bed. Eventually you'll be too damn tired to think about staying up late. Then your sleep schedule magically changes. I get up at 4am to go to the gym. It's a bit rough at times but sometimes you just gotta make the change.

I don't know the limitations you have on your back but I did this workout yesterday and it's a great core workout. If you can't do the crunches, work on some of the other stuff you can do. This is something you can do in your living room. Hope this helps.…

Could be a margin of error, these scales base BF off of electrical current through your body which is hindered/helped by your water retainage. Could be just that or you may be building a bit of muscle making your ratio's different.
