  • I also think it matters how big you are--if you are a small(ish) person to begin with, it may be necessary to go lower in calories. A woman who is 5ft tall eating 1,200 cal/day is not equal to a 6ft tall man eating 1,200 calories a day. Age also factors in here--an older person who is 5ft tall and doesn't exercise often…
