Just about to start W1D2 (3.3/6mph). This is my first attempt at this and look forward to having some support through the upcoming difficult weeks. I am using the C25K Android app while I listen to my audible book. Time seems to fly while trying to focus on the reader's voice. Good luck and stay safe!
