I know I never reach my limit, but when I do I feel way to fill lol. I just eat when I'm hungry and I've never been a very big eater, I'll try to eat some more :)

Thank you so much for all your suggestions :) I know some of it is bloating after I eat certain things but it definitely has mostly flab as it is not hard. I'll will definitely be trying all your suggestions :)

When i feel like I'm heading towards a binge I'll go for a walk or drink a cup of green tea! Green tea seems to fill me up and stp cravings.

I've just been doing running, walking, biking, rowing and the step machine not sure what it's called I have a gym in my apartment block.

Hi ladies, So my final weigh in for the end of the month was 50.7kgs on Friday morning. 0.7 kgs away from my goal :)

So this morning is weigh day for me - just checked and it was 50.4kgs :) 0.4kgs away from my goal! But I don't no if I should log this because of being sick yesterday and hardly eating anything, it is likely to go up so I'll weigh in tomorrow instead! Hope you have all had a good week girls

Hey girls, Keep at it you can do it!!! My eating has been okay - trying to keep my portions smaller. Have started either walking or running after dinner also. I got down to 50.5 on Sunday but I'm back up to 51kgs - hoping it may go down tomorrow :) I've going to try work out all week instead of having the weekend off.

Thanks everyone! :) I no I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but it's so hard not too! I think I might have had to much sodium at dinner and I ate later than I normally do. I slept okay but didn't get 8 hours like normal so maybe that didn't help.

Yay!!! I didn't go up this morning I was 51.3kgs but this afternoon I'm 5.7kgs so still under 51.8kgs :)

I went straight on to the pill so I don't think that has helped me too much. I am just on three months off the depo and I am finally starting to lose the weight :)
