You could lose the 10 pounds fast but i doubt it would stay off in the long run.... Slow and steady is better! Give youself some time! (:

I eat everything still just in moderation but try to make healthier choices if I can. I try to workout 3-4 times a week. I been doing the 30 day shred and banish fat boose metabolism by jillian micheals. Feel free to add me.

Ive been told that I few times lately.. I guess I will keep working out... If the weight dont come off and I just tone I think I will be ok with that lol. I like having curves....I dont want to get too thin.

Thanks for the kind comments! Yall make me feel so good. I have not cut anything out of my diet. I jut eat everything in moderation and try to make healthier choices. It took me alittle over a year because I got off track and then im hit a plateau so hopefully she can over come it! But slow & steady is good anyways!
