Upset stomach?
Why is it when I don't really watch what I eat my stomach doesn't feel bad. But when I start eating clean it gets upset? Do I need more fiber or something please help!

Chicken Parmesan

Heavy lifting for beginner female.
I want to start lifting a few days a week to add in with doing Insanity but I do not know where to start. I do not go to the gym and workout from home. Can i do this starting out with handweights and my weight bench? If so anyone know of routines for beginners? Please help! Thanks!

Cellulite help!
Ive been working out and toning up but i have quite a bit of cellulite under my butt and down the back of my legs. It makes me sooo self conscious!! I want to know if theres anything I can do to help get rid of it!! Please help!

Almost 40 pounds down! [pic]
Ive lost 37 pounds so far. Im currently at 144. Only 15-ish more to go! I started out at 182 and I'm 5'2. Im actually starting to feel good about myself. Even though on most days I still feel "fat". Im hoping with these last 15 pounds I can truly be happy with myself! Thanks for letting me share!

After being stuck at 150-152 for a couple months I am now in the 140s!! 149.4 as of this morning! Hopefully Im out of my plateau for good and the weight continues to come off! I havent weighed this much in years! Im so excited!

Im trying to do the formula to find out my TDEE and dont think its right. My BMR is 1513.25. Im 5'2 weigh 153 and 21 years old. I took the 1513.25 and times that by 1.55 (moderate exercise) and it gave me 2345(rounded) That sounds like too much to me. Did I do it right if not help please & thank you!
