Im stuck.

Ive been stuck in at 150-151 for the past month. I cant seem to break on over to the 140s... Im getting sooo annoyed. Any advice on getting past this hump?

    I've also been stuck for about 2 months at the same weight. I am going to try changing up my excercise a little bit, and if that doesn't work, I am going to up my calories...

    sorry .... probably not much help! But I would love to see what other people suggest!

    I'm stuck too!! :( I've been around the same weight for a month. Things that worked for me in the past were taking a day, and eating way over my calories and high in fat, and then going back to the diet the next couple weeks. (it tricked my body into burning more fat again) I always lost weight that way. Then I tried really upping my cardio, and that worked some. I've tried both of those this time tho, and nothing is working!!! Please someone suggest an idea? I want to reduce my calories more, but I know it's not healthy bc I'm already eating only 1200. I tried not eating my exercise calories, and that didn't help either.

    Im going to start a new workout routine tomorrow and up my water intake so maybe i wont snack as much sometimes. I try to watch what I eat so we will see I guess!
