How to get motivation back.

Ive fell off the wagon! What have you done to get back on? I need to start exercising again. I only have 10ish pounds left to lose.

I just cant seem to ge back into it! Helppppp!

    I have a 10 minute rule. If I'm not feeling like working out or just don't feel all that great, I go for 10 minutes. If I still just don't want to, I stop. There have only been a handful of times in the past few years that I have actually stopped and I was sick.

    Its hard sometimes to find the time to do it. And when I can its later in the evening and i feel too tired!

    Thats a good idea. If I do that I prob fininsh the workout which would be good.

    Thanks! Im down 30 lbs. I have 15 until my goal weight! I do need to get on it its almost binki season lol
