Im trying to do the formula to find out my TDEE and dont think its right.
My BMR is 1513.25.
Im 5'2
weigh 153
and 21 years old.
I took the 1513.25 and times that by 1.55 (moderate exercise)
and it gave me 2345(rounded)
That sounds like too much to me. Did I do it right if not help please & thank you!

Sounds good if you're moderately active every day for 8 hours or more. If you're not, you might want to use a lower multiplier!0

Ohh so if i want to lose like 1.5 lbs/week i would subtract 700 from that and get 1595.
That sounds better!0 -
