This is NOT true. I am 5ft1, 111lbs and not considered underweight, so a 5ft person @ 125lbs is most definitley not underweight. OP, I was eating 1350 and still steadily losing. If you're not losing at 1200 cals.. are you making sure you're logging everything.. even drinks?

Mine can be extremley painful to the point where I physically can't move! After the major pain goes, I find walking helps. Also, I don't know why, but doing lunges help the pain! :smile:

Hi Kate.. thanks for this info it is very helpful, as like the OP, I have only been recently diagnosed myself. Just wondering if the insulin issues are for ALL PCOS sufferers, or only in those overweight? I am not classed as overweight, would I still have the insulin related problems? Thanks in advance... :-) x

kay, 'food preparation' is not a 'workout'.... which is the whole point of this thread. Charlotte wasn't slagging anyone off, just trying to make the point that some of the exercise calories on here are a bit exaggerated & it is a tad annoying when people add these supposed exercises on here and then moan when they don't…
