Yes!! I do that with pretty much every exercise I attempt. I go into it thinking "oh yeah, I can totally do this!!" and then I about pass out after 2 minutes.

Thank you all for the advice! I was feeling a little down there for awhile but I'm feeling a whole lot better. I have definitely learned that I need to keep my distance from the ex in order to heal. Made the mistake of trying the friends thing a little too soon I think. This has been a learning experience for sure.

Agreed! Not ready to rush into anything. The almost 10 year relationship ended in January of this year. I got into a short relationship afterward which was probably too soon I realize.

It's hard but it has to be done. I think you are probably hurting him more in the long run by keeping things going. Maybe if he had some space from you he would be able to move on. It will be difficult for him but it's what he needs.
