Could be either or both. I went down in number and cup size when I lost a lot of weight. I just went to Victoria's Secret and had them re-measure me since my bras were too big.

I don't live really close to it (I'm in Louisville, KY about an hour and a half away) but I have been there and it is a smaller town. I'm sure finding a place to have horses wouldn't be a problem. I used to work for an inventory company so that's how I ended up there a few times. Good luck to you :)

Thanks for sharing! I definitely think grocery shopping (or other shopping) can be exercise if it takes up enough of your time and energy and I was disappointed when it wasn't one of the things listed on here to choose from.

I'm vegan and I make sure to include beans, tofu, peanut butter, etc. into most of my meals or snacks and if I make smoothies, I add vegan protein powder to them since I usually use almond milk which is low in protein. I also think that goes both ways! The bad stuff we used to eat tastes crappy and then the veggies and fresh foods we used to turn our noses up at taste really good. It just takes practice and our taste buds do change :)

I'm more of a good fats/bad fats person. Nay to trans, definitely. Very little saturated, but some mono and poly are okay. And I agree about the fat free food products, they usually have too many chemicals and sugar in them. But whole, non-processed fat free foods are great :)

I like to get my veggies in the morning with green smoothies -- I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a few handfuls of spinach and a frozen banana. The banana totally masks the spinach taste and you can also add protein powder to it if you like.

It is a possibility but not something that should deter you from losing weight. I am 5'5" and I've lost 70 or so lbs and since most of it was in my stomach, I do have some extra skin hanging on.
