  • I would sautee the spinach, mushrooms, leeks; season with garlic, salt/pepper, pour over cooked noodles next i would sear tuna (assuming it is fresh) and put it over noodles or over lettuce with tips of ospring nions and a spoon of salsa on top. season tuna with just good salt/pepper or instead of salsa maybe some wasabi…
