When I was younger I was wearing a dress that laced up the front kind of like how you lace your shoes. I was at Dennys standing at a table talking to some friends. (All guys) my dress untied itself all the way down to my belly button. No one bothered telling me. I had to have been like 15 or 16 and I think at the time a…

I was taking their women's ultra metabolism vitamins. (I think that's what they were called) I have since switched to prenatal but I can honestly say I felt better taking those than women's one a day or even my prenatal. In the end gnc was cheaper. It was about $8-$12 a month for cheap vitamins and $20 every 3 months for…

I gave up chocolate and soda at the same time. It was extremely hard. Now I'm working on coffee.

You are supposed to drink it within an hour of your daily workout. At least that's what I just read on the beachbody website. I'm cheap and drink chocolate milk :).

Pay off my bills (house, car, student loans, credit card), maybe hire someone to carry the rest of the kids my husband wants for me. (I'm so over pregnancy).... I suppose I may feel differently if I actually had the money.

Go rollerblading. They also have ring band workouts on YouTube.

I've only ever wore a 12 while losing weight after having a child. Not positive but it may have had more to do with my hips than weight. After baby number 1 I wore a 12 around 190lbs. (My hips went back very quick). This time around, I was a 12 between 175-180. Then again last time I was a 6 at 160 and now I'm an 8 at…

It has aided me in weightloss in the past.

I've never seen it at the gym but its the reason I don't go to the community water parks a few towns over anymore. I don't think I'd care if it was all adults but, I had my kids with me.

Last time around I'd day it took me about a year. It did take me about 3 years to grab my correct size pants on my first trip to the dressing room. I went from a size 22 down to a size 6. Is received a lot of strange looks walking to the dressing room on my first trip.

I don't have one. I just can't afford it. I set my calorie goals higher , record my workouts as 1 calorie, just so my activity is recorded and don't worry about eating back anything.
-
I took my height then did 100lbs for the first 5 feet, then 5 lbs per inch above. I've weighed 10lbs above my goal weight before and felt I could have lost a little, so I feel its close to accurate.

Wow! Great job! Is that all from asylum or have you used other programs as well?

I don't hate but I am jealous! So my vote is for jealousy.

I hung my smallest pair if prepregnancy pants in the kitchen. After a while it became a habit so I put the pants back in my closet. I exercise while the baby is sleeping. She is now 10 months old and its so much easier than it used to be. I have an older child as well and if your little one will nap after your older one…

I lost 80-100 lbs 2years after I had my oldest daughter. I looked like I lost the first 40 from my bust. Eventually the weightloss looked more even. You can always wear bra inserts until you feel more proportionate.

I would be honest. They didn't get to see you before you lost weight but you are visible proof of what they can achieve. Maybe the person you tell secretly wishes they could do the same thing but feels its impossible. Most people assume if you are skinny, you always have been and can eat whatever you want. Telling them you…

I read an article a few months ago that said about 3 months. No idea of its actually accurate, I can't remember the source.

I don't know much about tanning, casper has a better tan than me. I tried spray tan once... that didn't work either. A friend of mine goes tanning to help a skin condition. (Can't remember what its called) and it worked.

I gave it up a few months ago. Then my parents came to visit and it is all my mom drinks, so I drank it while she was here. I gave it up again this week. I just tell myself I can't have it just like everything else. So far so good.

Happy birthday! Giving yourself a year is a great idea.

My husband is also a pilot and I used to work in the airline industry as well. Recently we've actually found a new cooler for him that attaches to the handle of his 22. Since then he's actually been able to pack a lot if healthy things and he just has to keep a sandwich bag of ice in there. Takes up no space. He brings…

What is your calorie goal?
-
Wow, amazing job!!!!
-
Lay on your side on the floor with your top leg laying across on the floor and the bottom leg straight. Bring the bottom leg up and pulse. I do about 200 per leg.
-
My goal is between 125-135. According to the charts used to determine frame size I'm made with all spare parts . So my goal is nothing but a guess. When I weighed 145 (my smallest) I feel I could have lost still.
