Stevia and/or coconut milk! LOVE IT! And really, coffee is not that bad for you. It dehydrates you because of the caffiene so be sure to drink lots of water too!

Stevia and Coconut milk! Go to the dairy section and there are all kinds of sugar free creamers or milk substitutes that are so much healthier and/or less calories! I cannot live without my coffee but I also can't drink it black!

The goal is to not go over your calories! The workouts are just a bonus. If you don't want to work out, watch what you eat. Be careful! Too much soy is bad for you! It can kill your thyroid. Then you won't be able to control your weight without synthroid!

You could make some sort of whole wheat pasta salad! I like to get the rotini noodles and add a little olive oil and whatever vinegar you choose.
