  • I've been using the Hip Hop Abs with my daughter. We enjoy them alot! Low impact options for me (ankle, knee & hip issues) and high impact for her (she jumps all over the place). The 1/2 hour work out flys by and we're both sweating heavily by the end.

  • I found a lot of great websites googling dehydrating fruit. I don't have one that does meats, but was able to find a lot of information on how to dehydrate fruits on the web.

  • I knit in the evenings while enjoy tv time with my kids. I've found that it keeps me from eating after dinner snacks. On the weekends, it is not uncommon for me to be infront of the sewing machine for 4 to 5 hours; during which I forget to eat as well. The down side is I forget to drink water too.
  • A trick my family has found to decrease the fat is to drain the browned beef through thick paper towels and a colander. I was surprised at how much fat we're able to pull from the browned beef.
