I dont have the Wii fit but I do have a Wii. I looked up the calories burned on here to some of the games we have. The boxing burned the most. SO I started it up and by the time I was done playing I was sweating!!!...LOL Fun and burned calories too.

Ive lost 124 pounds. Surprisingly I have only bought a few new clothes. I was sooo stretching out my other clothes that it took a while till they fit right...LOL but now I have started having to buy new ones. I think you should buy just a few. It is something that is well earned!

Its sad to say but I have lost 120 pounds and cant tell a difference in my energy level. Sure there are things that I can do now that I couldnt before but as for having more energy....I'm still waiting on that one!

I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I am going through the same thing right now. I dont know if I am at a plateau or if I am just gaining muscle. Tomorrow I am going to measure. Then wait a week or so and measure again to see if I am losing inches.

When you say "working out" does that include weights? If so it could be that you are just gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Keep a check on your measurements to see if you are losing inches.

I dont know if this will help or not but it worked for me.....CHEAT! Have a really good cheat day! The next day go right back to your "dieting" and exercise. Ive heard that it "shocks" your metabolism into the fat burning stage again. If you arent losing anything it couldnt hurt much. I did gain about 8 pounds on my cheat…

If you have alot of weight to lose then you should NOT eat your exercise calories. Only eat your exercise calories if you dont have alot to lose. Tonight I am having boiled shrimp salad. Onions, tomato, pickle and one boiled egg white, fat free cheese and fat free ranch dressing, broccoli and baby carrots...Oh man is it good!!

It really depends on your weight! If you are morbidly obese you can do without eating the exercise calories. But someone that is at or close to their goal weight might need to eat those calories back to avoid the body using the muscle for its energy.

I dont eat my exercise calories because I have alot of weight to lose. But when I get down to my ideal body weight I will probably have to start eating them. It makes sense if you look at it this way. When you dont have alot of fat ( what your body uses for energy) the body has to use other source for its energy. (muscle)…
