I have been on a low calorie diet for about a year and a half. I have lost almost 180 pounds and have not met my 1200 calorie goal. I had a lot of weight to lose. Most of the work out machines are pre-programmed with a starting weight of 150. The amount of calories burned DOES depend on how much you weigh. So I would take the HIGHER amount of calories burned.

Yep I work night shift so I know all about that logging at crazy times thing. Like the above said...log it on the day you eat it!

I told someone the other day that I used to think about food all the time...now I think about food all the time in a different way. If you have weight to lose I wouldnt eat them at all if you arent hungry...but since you have a little to lose you could eat some of them back....weight loss will just be a little slower.

Ive only done the level 1 once. But I do bootcamp at the gym. We do a lot of the same exercises. So I think I would get a better workout from level 2 also. I dont remember having to stop except when doing some lunges and I also got a little cramp. But then I went right back into it!

I get the light pringles, or the 100 calorie popcorn! I also love those 90 calorie fiber one bars! I also like to get the sugar free milk chocolate pudding with a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter. I love me some chocolate and peanut butter! pudding=60 calories+ peanut butter= 30 calories...total 90 calories of YUM!

I think in reality you are supposed to weigh it before. But I have also always weighed mine after its cooked.

I agree! Doing abdominal exercises will tone the muscle but it will not burn the abdominal fat. Get those bigger muscles to get a total body burn!!
